Patient Information
At your first appointment you
may be seen by a
team of our dental specialists, including prosthetic
dentists (prosthodontist), oral and maxillofacial
surgeons, periodontist and oral radiologist.
Your initial appointment will consist of a
consultation at which time your dentist will
complete a detailed dental and medical examination
and explain your diagnosis and treatment options. If
required, a 3D ConeBeam CT will also be made.
Please assist us by bringing the following to your
consultation:
- referral slip and any x-rays from your dentist
- medication list (if applicable)
- medical and dental insurance information
